Little Black Dress is a 6-week women’s only transformation program that can be done right in the comfort of your own home or in-studio with us! You do not need to live in the area to participate! We provide you with a custom meal plan specifically designed for women, over 100 online workout videos that you can stream from our LBD OnDemand, nutrition guides, a private online accountability group and more that will transform your body and your health! Join us January 13th as we begin our 15th round of this life-changing program!

This is our first official launch of our newest segments in our lbd program. You will choose which program you would like to be in AFTER signing up for your membership. Over the last 14 rounds we have witnessed hundreds of transformations and now we are ready to take this program to the next level. We understand and recognize that everyone is on their own journey so we have decided to break lbd into TWO different focuses. No matter if your goals are to lose weight and develop healthier habits or you are ready to build muscle and become the strongest version of yourself, we have got you covered! Here’s the breakdown of our programs!

LBD LEAN

We will be building a foundation for a healthy lifestyle with weight loss in mind.

  • Introduction to meal planning and prepping
  • Calorie intake and portion sizes
  • Mindless and Emotional Eating
  • Workout programming centered around weight loss

LBD STRONG

This program is specifically created to help you decrease body fat, build muscle tone, definition and become the strongest, healthiest version of YOU.

  • Building a meal plan centered around supporting and recovering muscle tone
  • Breakdown of fats, proteins, carbohydrates and how much you should be getting for your ideal body composition
  • How to make consistency a non-negotiable, it is mandatory to see results
  • Workout programming centered around strength and toning

LBD Round 15

This rounds theme is “Breaking the Cycle” of failed gym memberships and yo-yo dieting! We will teach you exactly what you need to not only successfully accomplish all of your New Years resolutions but actually STICK to them!

Let’s be honest, we all know we should be eating healthy and working out, the hard part is figuring out how to stick to it and actually ENJOY it…that’s where we come in 🙂

Although we specialize in women’s weight loss we want to let you know that this program is extremely beneficial to ALL body types. Whether you are looking to put on muscle, tone up, or lose weight, this program is for you. Our programs are built to be flexible to any body shape, size, age, fitness level etc. No woman is too old, young, overweight, thin, in shape or out of shape…we welcome EVERYONE! 🙂

This option provides you with live fitness classes at our private studio in Shelby Twp. along with our 12 workout videos and our complete fitness and nutrition program.

You have the choice of 2x/week or unlimited classes for the six weeks. If you live in the area, we highly recommend this option. You will love the welcoming environment motivating energy with the studio.

Don’t live in the area or find it hard to leave the house? Don’t worry we offer an online program that you can do right in the comfort of your own home. In addition to our complete fitness and nutrition program, you will also receive unlimited access to our LBD On Demand workout videos. These videos are hosted by our instructors and include barre, yoga, total body transformation, kick n tone, tabata, Hiit, and even 10 min workouts for when you’re low on time! All videos are 30 min or under and are designed for all fitness levels!
