BUTTS & GUTS

One of our most popular classes! In this class we will focus directly on toning your thighs, glutes and core. This workout will help to improve your lower body conditioning as well as tone and lift in all the right places! All fitness levels are welcome.

BARRE

Mix between pilates, ballet, yoga and muscle toning exercises that will be sure to get your body burning! This fun, low-impact class is 45 minutes and designed specifically to help with posture and sculpt and elongate a woman’s body.

This interval style workout focuses on toning your Arms, Abs and A$$! We combine the perfect blend of strength training exercises while scorching calories with short-burst metabolic boosters for maximum results! All fitness levels welcome!

HIIT

This workout is a perfect after work burn! This class is designed for anyone looking for a quick and effective workout sure to get your blood pumping and calories burning!

KICK N TONE

A cardio kickboxing workout for anyone interested in improving their endurance & stamina in a fun way! Class format integrates combinations of punches, kicks and toning! You will have fun, reduce stress, & get a great workout all in one class! For all fitness levels.

PURE STRENGTH

Learn how to weight train and develop muscle tone in this 45 minute strength class. This class will focus on a progressive series of exercises that focuses specifically on developing strength within arms, legs & core! All levels of fitness welcome!

TABATA

Tabata training is one of the most popular forms of high-intensity cardio training (HIIT). It consists of eight rounds of ultra-high-intensity exercises in a specific 20-seconds-on, 10-seconds-off interval. It may only take four minutes to complete a Tabata circuit, but those four minutes may well push your body to its absolute limit.

YOGA

Flow, stretch & let it go with this all levels sequence that will work on increasing flexibility and muscle tone while leaving you feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and accomplished.

TOTAL BODY TRANSFORMATION

This is our signature class that focuses on developing both your muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance. We will lead you through a series of 30 second interval based stations that will be sure you kick your metabolism into high gear and get you maximum results!

WEEKEND WARRIOR BOOTCAMP

A fun, high energy circuit based class that focuses on improving endurance, strength, and core training within a series of 30-45 second stations.

POUND

SWEAT. SCULPT. ROCK. POUND® is the world’s first cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums.

PILOXING

Piloxing combines pilates boxing and dance in a fast paced fun workout. Incorporating fundamentals of core strength, and lengthening exercises for the pilates portion, along with the agility, power and endurance of boxing. Mix it with some fun and high energy dance moves, you have 45 minutes of high sweat and smiles. No experience necessary. Great for all levels!

ZUMBA

Zumba is an aerobic dance class inspired by Latin American dance. Zumba feels more like a party than a work out. You will laugh and smile all while scorching calories.

TLC: Tone. Lengthen. Core.

A full body workout focusing on pilates mat foundation principles. Increase muscle strength and tone your body. This class will promote strength and balanced muscle development as well as flexibility and increased the range of motion for the joints. All levels welcome!
