AMRAP is an acronym for the phrase “as many rounds as possible.” AMRAP Mixed Cardio involves doing as many repetitions of a cardiovascular move as possible during a set amount of time, without resting (or with very limited resting).
This class combines elements of dance, pilates and yoga. Exercises are high intensity and low impact, using fun and motivating music! There is an emphasis on toning the legs and butt, arms, as well as strengthening the core. All levels welcome!
High intensity meets low intensity in this fusion class. Weights with traditional barre moves combined with short bursts of cardio will leave you feeling strong and energized!

Mix it with some fun and high energy dance moves, you have 45 minutes of high sweat and smiles. No experience necessary. Great for all levels!
Knockout is 30 to 45 minutes of plyometrics (using your body as a weight and springboard), conditioning drills, and functional training. You’ll go from floor to standing to the air, and back around again, in a workout that pushes your body to its limits.
