Sunday Reset: Restorative Yoga & Sound

Join us for Sunday Reset: Restorative Yoga + Sound. 90 minutes of intentional rest, gentle release, and deeply soothing sound designed to help you regulate, restore, and reset for the month ahead.

This isn’t a workout.

This is a pause.

Slow, supported restorative poses

Deep grounding + emotional reset
