SUNRISE PILATES w/ coach Danielle

Join us for a special 7AM Sunrise Pilates class on Sunday, June 21st  

We know holiday weekends can be busy, so we’re offering an early morning class to help you move your body and still have the rest of your day free for family, plans, and relaxation. *Please note we’ll be running a modified schedule that morning with no 8AM or 9AM classes.

Start your day with movement, energy, and a little time for YOU. This special Sunrise Pilates class is designed to help you feel strong, centered, and refreshed before the rest of your day begins. Expect a full-body flow focused on strength, lengthening, core work, and mindful movement, all set to the signature Ohana vibe you love.

SUNSET YOGA AT THE PARK

Join Sam S as we step away from the noise and into nature for a truly special yoga experience at Whispering Woods. As the sun begins to set and the evening air cools, you’ll move through a gentle, grounding flow designed to help you release stress, reconnect with yourself, and soak in the beauty of the outdoors. Best of all, this experience is completely free for Ohana members.

Surrounded by trees, fresh air, and the peaceful sounds of nature, this class is the perfect opportunity to slow down, breathe deeply, and fill your cup. Bring your mat, water, and a friend, and join us for an unforgettable evening of movement, mindfulness, and community under the open sky.
