This program is for anyone looking to get ready for a big event! From brides to be, bridesmaids and wedding guests to someone just looking to get in shape for summertime or an upcoming vacation, this is for you! We provide modifications for ALL exercises in the program and this can be completed at ANY fitness level!

We designed this program specifically to be paired with walking, running, biking, hiking, or any other extracurricular activity! The program includes 4 energizing workouts a week and leaves room for you to continue other activities you love!

Our meal plan is MIX AND MATCH style that will allow you flexibility in your diet without a ton of restriction. We focus on clean eating, hydration, decreasing processed foods, and simple carbohydrates while increasing protein and healthy fats!
