Feeling a little dazed, frazzled, or full on holi-dazed? Let’s change that. Kick off your Christmas Eve with a mind clearing, stress melting sweat session designed to bring you back home to your body and your breath.

We’ll jumpstart the morning with a high energy, full body cardio blast featuring Pound and Kickboxing: the ultimate combo to shake off tension, boost your mood, and release anything you don’t want to bring into the holiday.

Then we’ll slow it all down with a luxurious, grounding stretch and a calming guided meditation to soothe your nervous system, reset your mindset, and leave you floating into the rest of your day with clarity and ease.

Meet Us at the Barre: A New Year’s Eve Sculpt + Sparkle Session with Mandie and Danielle

Raise the barre before you raise your glass.
Step into the last day of the year with intention, alignment, and a little sparkle. This NYE themed barre workout blends lengthening movements, pulsing sequences, and fiery core work to leave you lifted and energized.
We’ll focus on balance, posture, and grace…the perfect way to “center yourself” before the champagne and confetti. Expect light burn, feel good flow, and New Year’s Eve vibes that set the tone for your best year yet.

Hey mamas—this one’s for you! 💕
Join us for a postpartum-friendly workout class created especially for new moms looking to rebuild strength, feel more like themselves, and connect with other women in the same season of life.
Led by coach Kate Wasik, this low-impact, full-body strength session even incorporates your baby as your workout buddy (and built-in weight!). It’s gentle, effective, and full of feel-good movement and community support.

We’re excited to announce that Vanessa Lopatka, certified personal trainer, is now offering small group training sessions at Ohana Fitness & Wellness! These sessions are designed to help you meet your personal fitness goals with a focus on progressive strength-building exercises to improve your form and body composition.

What You Need to Know:

Up to 4 people per session—more personalized attention!

No recurring commitment needed

$35 per session or buy a 4-session package for $120 and save!

Tuesday Evenings

Friday Mornings
