We’re opening our doors to all women in our community to join us for a day of fun, fitness, and friendship. Whether you’re flying solo or bringing your galentines along, you’re all invited to take part in any of our classes for FREE! Book your favorite class(es) using the link below!

Fascia Release and Yin Yoga
February 20th 6:30pm-7:30pm
Soften and release by using both myofascial release and yin yoga together to teach the body ease. Relieve tension, settle the mind, and support joint health.
With the use of therapy balls, this fascial release and long held yin style yoga will help create space and deep release within the body.
Suitable for all levels. Come as you are, and leave feeling nourished and restored.
Bring water. :)
