JULY CHALLENGE: strongHER summer

July 1st-31st

This July, we’re focusing on building strength from the inside out.

Our StrongHER Summer Challenge is designed to help you feel stronger, move better, and create habits that last far beyond the summer. Whether you’re looking to improve your core strength, tone your upper body, or simply stay consistent through a busy season, this challenge is for you.

Throughout the month, you’ll complete workouts that combine strength training, Pilates, barre, and functional movement to help you build a stronger body while improving posture, stability, and confidence.

Your Challenge Includes:

• Core-focused workouts
• Upper body strength training
• Pilates & Barre Sculpt classes

This isn’t about perfection or chasing a number on the scale.

SUNSET YOGA AT THE PARK

June 28th 7:30PM-8:30PM @ WHISPERING WOODS PARK

Join Sam S as we step away from the noise and into nature for a truly special yoga experience at Whispering Woods. As the sun begins to set and the evening air cools, you’ll move through a gentle, grounding flow designed to help you release stress, reconnect with yourself, and soak in the beauty of the outdoors. Best of all, this experience is completely free for Ohana members.

Surrounded by trees, fresh air, and the peaceful sounds of nature, this class is the perfect opportunity to slow down, breathe deeply, and fill your cup. Bring your mat, water, and a friend, and join us for an unforgettable evening of movement, mindfulness, and community under the open sky.
