We’re excited to announce that Vanessa Lopatka, certified personal trainer, is now offering small group training sessions at Ohana Fitness & Wellness! These sessions are designed to help you meet your personal fitness goals with a focus on progressive strength-building exercises to improve your form and body composition.
What You Need to Know:
Up to 4 people per session—more personalized attention!
No recurring commitment needed
$35 per session or buy a 4-session package for $120 and save!
Available Time Blocks:
Tuesday Evenings
6:30 PM – 7:00 PM & 7:00 PM – 7:30 PM
Friday Mornings
6:30 AM – 7 PM & 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
