I needed something quick and healthy to make for a Super Bowl party I have today. So I thought this would be perfect!
For the Tacos
6oz 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
1 can Fat Free Refried Beans
1 Tbsp Mrs. Dash Taco Seasoning
1/2 cup Cherry Tomatoes – Sliced
1/2 Stalk Romaine Lettuce – Shredded
1/4 cup Black Olives – Sliced
1/2 cup Reduced FatShredded Cheddar Cheese
Whole Grain Tortilla Chips
Get yourself a serving dish that’s deep enough for all ingredients. Spread refried beans on the bottom In a separate bowl, combine Greek yogurt with taco seasoning, layer mixture on top of the beans.
Top with cheese & veggies, serve with tortilla chips! Enjoy!
