Coconut Covered Baked Chicken

1/2-cup Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
1lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast – Sliced Thin
Salt & Pepper to Taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray
On a flat plate, cover with coconut shavings and top with salt & pepper, mix until well combined
Remove chicken from package and press into the coconut mixture and cover both sides
Repeat for each chicken breast, place on aluminum foil covered baking sheet
Bake for 15 minutes and flip chicken breast, bake for another 15 minutes until coconut shavings are golden brown
Remove and drizzle with raw honey.
